Rosewood Studio Polices
Shop Rate
—The shop rate is $100 an hour. You will be charged based on this rate.
—The shop has a $100 minimum on all tattoos.
Appointment Policy
—For all Tattoo appointments we require a $100 deposit. This is to be dropped off at the shop in person during business hours.
—Other arrangements to receive the deposit can be made via Paypal
Drawing Policy
—Drawings will be ready/shown for the day of your appointment, if revision is needed it will be done then
—Due to a heavy work load Drawings will not be shown/revised in advance
—I do not let you take home or let you take pictures of my drawings.
—I draw for tattooing. I will not draw you a custom design for someone else to tattoo.
Cancellation Policy
—Appointments are binding. They are a date and time set up for you.
—Appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled time. The more notice the better. If you fail to cancel/reschedule your appointment within the required amount of time, you will lose your complete deposit.
—We allow 1 reschedule per deposit.
—If you wish to cancel completely, and you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, and if no drawing or design work has been done by the artist, your deposit will be refunded to you in full. If you do not pick up your money by 1 months time from the day that you “canceled completely”, You will lose the full amount of your deposit.
—If preparation or drawing has occurred for your appointment and you wish to cancel completely in advance, you do not get that drawing and it might not be saved for the future.
—If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time you will forfeit your entire deposit.
—A “no call, no show” will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.
—In order to get tattooed again after you “no-call no-show”, you must stop by the shop and pre-pay the full amount for your next appointment. If you “no-call no-show” that next appointment, our business relationship will cease, and you forfeit the full deposit.
Artist Cancellation Policy
—The artist will contact you if there is a schedule conflict or a need for him to reschedule you. If you cannot accommodate any of the reschedule dates your full deposit shall be refunded to you. Then if you would like to get back in than you must put down a $100 deposit again.
Touch-Up Policy
—Touch-ups are only preformed on tattoos that I have done. This does not include tattoos that someone else has made.
—First touch-up shall be $60 per hour for the first hour and then $100 per hour for each additional hour after the first hour.
—Second touch-ups shall be $100 per hour
